Monisha Mahajan is an experienced and dedicated lawyer who focuses practice on persons of Indian Origin and Non Resident Indians. She provides advice on various issues, including property, succession, inheritance, matrimonial and criminal law.
Her clients include multi-national, national, regional and local companies spanning the globe including clients in Canada, US, England, South Africa, Dubai, Australia, New Zealand. She has also assisted firms in England, US and Australia for matrimonial cases of Non Resident Indians and drafted reports for the purposes of financial settlements.
Monisha has completed her law degree from a premier law institute Army Institute of Law. Before establishing Legal Help NRI, Monisha has worked for more than fourteen years on the most complex issues of Non Resident Indians and has been successful in resolving their cases through her robust strategy building and negotiation skills. Those fourteen years, along with her years as the partner with N& M Associates, have provided Monisha experience and leadership skills in an expansive array of subject matter areas. Monisha has worked with various foreign law firms and handled a review of a million documents for an infringement case, summarization depositions in all types of civil cases, ranging from medical malpractice, and family law, legal research and drafting support to a mid sized firm based in Florida handling foreclosures for banks, prepared memos, drafted corporate agreements, prenuptial agreements, marriage contracts, separation agreements etc.
Monisha also offers scholarship to Students from Army Institute of Law who excel in the field of Public International Law.
